GeekGirlCon is a non-profit organization that uplifts women, girls, and marginalized communities in geek and artistic spaces. The annual convention is a 2-day event held at the Seattle Convention Center with thousands of attendees from all over the country.
Signage for this project was extensive, ranging from navigational signage to menu-style informative signage showcasing schedules and events, as well as policy, and signs directed towards event attendees as well as staff & agents.
Digital signage was animated with retro-style effects, such as glitch and type-effect with bright saturated colors to further showcase the nostalgic neon retrowave theme.
