Heuristic Markups + Research Phase
I like to use heuristic markup as a UX method because it not only gives me a chance to become deeply familiar with the project's content, it also serves as usability testing, allowing me to witness pain points firsthand and plan accordingly.
I performed a content audit to both keep track of the web content and find and eliminate redundancies.
In addition to heuristic markups and content audits, I created wireframes and prototypes which were used in user testing. All user feedback was taken into account and informed the final results of the redesign project.

Case studies are one of the ways I like to document and summarize UX projects, because they provide a chance for me to reflect on what I have learned.
